The mysterious Zombie cocktail was invented by Don the Beachcomber in the 1930s, to cure a businessman’s hangover.












Ingredients

  • 1 oz (3 cl) light rum
  • 1 oz (3 cl) dark rum
  • 1 oz (3 cl) gold rum
  • 0.5 oz (1.5 cl) cherry bourbon
  • 0.5 oz (1.5 cl) triple sec
  • 2 oz (6 cl) fruit punch
  • 2 oz (6 cl) pineapple juice
Garnishes
  • Slice of pineapple
  • Cocktail cherry
Glass Instructions
  • Pour all five liqueurs into highball glass.
  • Add fruit punch and pineapple juice.
  • Mix and garnish with pineapple and cherry.

Because of the high proof rum, this cocktail could be lit if desired
